+Can you imagine great, proud, highly evolved civilizations existing on those portions of the earth, and during the long ages becoming debased and degenerate, through unbridled selfishness, lust for power, sin and crime against God and their fellow men—even as became the old Chaldean, Egyptian, Grecian and Roman civilizations of more modern times—thereby creating forces that brought about their own destruction?
