+We are speaking, of course, of the realm of pure thought—not of those lower realms where thoughts are colored and distorted by man’s ideas. In such realms most men now live, but we are trying to lift you into a higher and far more rarified mental atmosphere, where the brilliant light of Spirit drives out all darkness so we can see all things as they are in their original and perfect state.
+Now a thought of itself is nothing but a form, even as is your body, and unless it is inhabited, animated and moved by the intelligence which gave it birth, it would be no more than as a stone on the physical plane.
+You can thus see that a thought could not be, if it were not for the intelligence of the one who created and that now motivates it, and which thought thereby becomes a part of the mind of its creator and is always attached to it, as light rays are inseparable from the light which produces them. Therefore all of your thoughts are inseparable parts of and actually comprise and constitute your mental atmosphere or your mind or consciousness, which you call the world. For the world as you see it is really only the sum-total of the thoughts that people and fill your mind or mental atmosphere, it being impossible for you to see anything which you have not built a picture or concept of in your mind. And it is these pictures that you see and which are all that you see. Think about this until you realize its truth.
+The consideration of these things requires not a little exercise of the will and the imagination, and if you have put the thought upon it necessary to grasp fully our meaning, it has prepared your mind for a still more abstract subject for study.
