Do each of these movements four times to start with.
+By visualizing and realizing the truth of the above, practice this exercise two or three times a day, without over-doing it, and you will find that the obstruction will soon disappear. We know of those who have gotten rid of goiters in this way.

This will be a little hard to accept at first, but if she will thus change her attitude, her mind will be open for the good that really belongs to her.

+WE ARE sorry to learn of your boy’s leaving you, and know how lonesome you must be. But, dear one, try to realize that his work here must have been finished, or he would not have been called back to his spiritual home, where he will have far better opportunities for growth and unfoldment, unfettered by his human mind and the many difficulties of ill health and the hard conditions now manifesting in the outer world. We are sure in your love for him you are glad that he is saved from such conditions, and will not grieve, but will see him going on, doing the work in spirit his Heavenly Father plans for him.
