-I HAVE practiced the exercises given in the large Meditation Lesson for the discipline and control of the mind. The results are marvelous. While visualizing myself surrounded with this White Light, I not only saw it (with the spiritual eye) but felt it. The Light seemed to expand from my body and then to contract to the body. Each time it expanded it would form a larger circle or halo. While bathed in this Light I was filled with a strong power which seemed to lift me from the chair. I felt as though I was floating in the air. It was the most wonderful experience I ever had.

The dirt was piled high on one side of it. As I drew near I was wondering what was in the grave. I got down on my hands and knees and was peering into the grave which was dark, when all at once a beautiful white light was flashed into the opening, which revealed the grave to be empty. I
