THERE is much thought and much talk these days of a pessimistic nature regarding what is taking place in the world and what is destined to take place. The prophesies of the Bible and of the Pyramid, not to speak of those of ancient and modern seers, are the subject of much discussion, and newspapers and magazines are giving more and more space to such topics.

It is natural that all thinking minds be concerned about the future, at least to the extent of preparing for it in the wisest and best way possible. But as there have been many periods in the past when people of certain sects and in different countries have believed the world was coming to an end, we deem it pertinent at this time to bring out certain fundamental truths that will help our readers to look at this subject in a sensible and positive way, and prepare them to be ready and unaffected by anything that may come to pass.
