MRS. W., of our Group, told the other evening of a young Man (a stranger) who came to her door. He said he was out of work, despondent and that she might keep his clothes—a bundle he carried—for her boys, as he would not need them any more; that he was sleeping on some man’s garage floor and had nothing to live for.

She took the clothes, but said to him, “Cheer up! There’s a job right around the corner waiting for you.” She told him to come back and get the clothes when he had found work and the skies were again smiling.

Two days later he showed up and asked for the clothes with his face beaming. He told her that two jobs had been offered him the next morning after she had told him there was one “right around the corner.” It was there, he said; also that a friend had been called away that very night after he left her, and that he had let him move into his room, the rent for which had been paid for a week.

Thank God for such Truth declared.

=== FINDING THE KINGDOM ===

I AM SURE I have found the Kingdom, because I know I was aware of it at the time I was taken up on High and shown the Revelation of which I wrote you long ago, it was in January 1917, and at that time I was made to know, and to know beyond the shadow of a doubt, that every living soul—not some, but everyone—would eventually find himself One with God and at home in the Kingdom.

It was then I discovered what the Kingdom meant to me—for I was then in Its Consciousness. The realization was so great that it shone through my very flesh to such a degree that all who saw me were amazed. “What has happened to you that your face shines so and you look so happy?” they would ask.

I tried to tell them of the Kingdom and that I knew they would find It also—even though they chose to go to the very foot of the “mountain,” or even lower. I had seen Jesus going through all the vile places—into the very worst—with those souls that went that way. They did not see Him, but He stayed right beside them, ready to respond to their first unconscious call to Him. Nothing
