IN THIS Department you are invited to send for interpretation any dreams or visions of unusual character, those that made a profound impression on you at the time. Please do not send anything simple or ordinary, for it is desired to explain those only that are either actual experiences on the inner planes of being, or are efforts of the Soul or Higher Self to convey to the outer mind helpful teachings, guidance or warnings of things to happen in the outer.

As our space is limited, only a few interpretations can be given in each issue and these in the order of receiving. If yours do not appear in an early issue, know that it is either because of the many ahead, or that they are not unusual enough to be worthy of publication.

Those that follow will give you an idea of what to expect.

//I SEEM so frequently to dream about babies, of various ages—newborn, one or two years old. I am past forty and childless. However, we do not seem to mind, having married late in life. So you see we are not “pining for children.” We like and enjoy those of our friends. I am fond of children, but am not in a longing attitude for them. Usually in these dreams I seem fond and interested in these dear children, even though they do not belong to me, which often happens; sometimes they seem to be the children of my neighbors or friends. But I seem to have a deep interest in them just the same. I often wonder if I ought not to have children, for I am in possession of a quick temper and an impatient attitude, and children might help me to overcome such.//

Your dreaming so much about babies and your loving them is symbolic of the Christ Child that is waiting to be born and come forth in your heart. Love is Christ, the Holy Spirit of God, and often do we find that those dreaming of babes are preparing to give birth to the Christ or Love Spirit. Think and ponder on this and try to open your heart and let Love out, so that it rules your every thought, word and act. Then there will be no tendency to impatience, quick temper, or words thoughtlessly spoken.
