But note this well! Behind Plateau and earth alike stands the immutable structure of the Cosmic Law and its cyclic manifestation, and the race is entering a new cycle and assuming its karmic responsibilities. But the age of vicarious suffering and sacrifice is over.

No longer will the Plateau men be compelled cheerfully to descend to earth and pass lifetimes in cruel martyrdom, serving a selfish, blind, ungrateful generation. These godlike individuals, in past experiences, have transcended the need of achieving growth through suffering; and if incarnation involves for them more earth lives of this nature, they will simply await the time when earth man has evolved himself through the slow and incredibly painful process of evolution. In that way suffering can only visit those who benefit by it and those who accordingly exercise their inherent power of choice.

“Freely ye have received, freely shall ye give,” and as Plateau and earth approach each other, they become equally responsible for the demonstration of that law. The Plateau man in this era will be called upon to exercise discrimination in his giving, but the earth man is required to give freely and to the Whole. That is why the Money of the Plateau must be slowed down in rate of vibration and freedom of circulation, while the money of earth must vibrate on a higher plane and circulate faster and more freely. When the earth man can give money to serve ideas of Love and Wisdom, and the Plateau man, at the bidding of discrimination, can withhold his money from the parasitic and degenerating types of earth man, their mediums of exchange will begin to coincide. Finally there will appear a medium of exchange that will serve the earth man and also sustain the Plateau man in a physical body, and furnish him with the heavy substances of the earth out of which to embody his ideas.

What is the material form or appearance of this money matters little. It must be a medium common to the earth man entering a new era, and available to sustain and provide materials for the Plateau man while in the flesh. The essentials are its rates of vibration and its comparative ease and speed of circulation.

You need waste no thought about those who cannot attain this type of civilization, nor about those who have transcended the need of using material money. The former have a culture which
