UNLIMITED SUPPLY

WE THANK you for your kind letter and your loving and thoughtful contribution to the expense of the Work. We are led to say that even as we receive from our Loving Father through His human channels we are enabled to help, so must we in turn give in order that our channels may be kept wide open to receive freely and continuously. It is when we hold on to what has come to us and fear to give to others in response to the urge of our hearts, thinking no more will come, that we clog up the channel and limit the supply that otherwise would come freely. Can you not see it?

Truly you are being used to help and bless others, and therefore you must give freely, both of the Power of God that is supplied you and of money, the material symbol of that Power, and you will find that both will be unlimited in the amount given you for use in the Father’s Service. It is thus that you unite your consciousness with His, and thus become a free and open channel through which can be poured all the blessings that will be given to His children by you.

If you will but know this and put all your faith and trust in Him as the Source of all supply, not looking to money, to man, or to any outer source, you will find that all your needs will be amply taken care of. For your Loving Father intends that you shall have all good things. Therefore, be sure that you keep the channel of your mind always open in such a perfect childlike trust.

RIGHT MEDITATION

IN REPLY to your question, the first part of your meditation is just right. You should shut out the reports of your outer senses and focus your attention upon the ideas in the yellow meditation card. But when you feel that dizziness, stop for a few minutes; or if you feel any sensations in the body, pay no attention to them. But above all things seek to retain your consciousness—to be positive and rest any inclinations to sleep.

So long as you do this and are always in control of your consciousness, but completely relaxing the body and mind, you cannot but receive good from such meditation. In fact it will rest and renew your body as much as a good sleep. In addition, as you empty your mind of all outer things and keep its attention upon the high ideals on the card, there will come to you from within many loving and helpful thoughts, and you will gradually become aware of being in an inner world of mind far beyond the world of the senses. This is but the beginning. Later, definite teachings will come that you will know to be such.

SOUL EXPERIENCES

DO NOT be concerned about not having any inner experiences such as have been quoted in the lessons. Those are not really spiritual experiences but are soul experiences. Spiritual experiences come through the lessons that you learn from contacts with others and the hard conditions that you are compelled to face and conquer here in the outer world. We do not doubt that you have had plenty of such
