THE following Revelation was given to Phoebe Marie Holmes, a widely known World Lecturer, some years ago, and is of so startling and impressive a nature that just at this time it seems most important that it be given to the world, hoping that all who read will doubt no longer but will turn to God and make the loving and serving of Him first in their lives.
Surely will this vision of what is to come make all think, as perhaps they have not thought before, of what impends. Let no one lay it aside as mere fantasy. It is more real than the merely human mind can know. God always reveals the truth to those who turn to Him in a sincere, humble desire to know His will for them. —The EDITOR.
THIS marvelous revelation, which has been given to me, regarding the Second Coming of our Blessed Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, is not the fantastic tale of a professional story spinner, but a conscientious report of something that actually happened to me. I was in the Spirit at the time, clear of brain, spiritually at peace. This was given me to give to the world.
These are troublous times, as we all know. More than ever before, humanity is striving to pierce the veil that hides the Great Invisible, and more than ever before in the history of the world charlatans are reaping a golden harvest from those who are sick and despairing, groping in the dark. Men and women who once knew affluence now are in want. The nations of the earth are like crouching beasts ready to spring at one another’s throats. All is confusion. New creeds and philosophies and governments come into being almost overnight. Big business trembles in fear. Kings sit in glittering pomp on insecure thrones and wear their crowns uneasily indeed, seeing the royalty of many nations now changed into the laboring class. The rumble of war is heard in the distance, ever coming nearer and nearer; until the mothers of the world see the faces of their sons through a mist of tears—sensing what is to come.
These are a fulfillment of all the prophecies, but the end is glorious, for we know that God is a loving Father and He has promised to take care of His own. If we dwell in the Secret
