+From that day to this day, that fear has been to me as nothing, and I have looked upon many who have gone out in my presence, some perfectly conscious and others drugged. I have been conscious of the soul’s passage from the body and have many times seen the soul turn back to its discarded body and recognize it for what it was, even as I did. But never, with all the loved ones I have seen go, have I felt one instance of fear. I am now convinced that fear in all its forms, is one of the worst stumbling blocks that must be faced and removed by every earnest soul before it can proceed on its way to self-mastery.

+THERE are many who would like to know of an appropriate Blessing to say before partaking of their daily food, in order that it may build the health and strength of body needed to make it into a perfect instrument for the soul’s use.

+The good to be derived from it is in knowing the truth of its words, and in meaning every word when you say it.
