+DRAWN by Thine own great love, O Christ Divine,
+\\ I yield my all and whisper, “I am Thine.”
+\\ Safe from all fear or taint of earth’s decay,
+\\ Thou art my strength, my portion and my stay.
+In Thee, O Christ, I rest from all my woes,
+\\ Receive the gifts which Thy great love bestows.
+\\ As wave on wave, the ripples shoreward press,
+\\ The fullness of Thy grace doth soothe and bless.
+And though a golden beam of endless light,
+\\ Strong-winged enough to pierce earth’s darkest night,
+\\ Thy love is poured, and as it gently shines,
+\\ Joy, Peace and hope within its rays confines.
+My weary quest is ended. Like the dove,
+\\ I now have found the green leaf of Thy love.
+\\ I fold my wings and rest beneath the cross,
+\\ No more the storms my tranquil soul shall toss.
+Midst toil and strife, in calm repose I’m blest,
+\\ As John of old upon Thy heart did rest.
+\\ At last my aching heart has found its home,
+\\ My peaceful spirit doth no longer roam.
+Secure in Thee, and shaken by no fears,
+\\ No shadows fall across the distant years.
+\\ Thy brightness clears the mists of doubt away,
+\\ And makes the night of gloom an endless day.
+The joys of sweet submission to Thy will
+\\ The fleeting days with ringing gladness fill.
+\\ Thy love, eternal, boundless as the sea,
+\\ From all the storms of life doth shelter me.
+When grim fear lurks sometimes around the soul,
+\\ And clouds and shadows dark obscure the goal,
