Therefore with this new understanding, practice often this relaxing and letting go, and allowing the life within to have its way with you.

(2) Answering your question, if God is All in all, then surely it must be His Life and His Consciousness that animates, sustains and uses our bodies. The human mind, however, does not yet fully realize this, and thinks that the consciousness and life we have is separate from His—and that is what is causing all the inharmony and unhappiness now manifesting in our lives. Because it in a way closes the connection between God’s Consciousness and ours, so we cannot receive from or be taught by Him from His Consciousness.

His Consciousness, as shown above, is deep within our consciousness, but in a much higher vibration than that of our human minds; in fact, it is in what we call the Kingdom within. That is why we are taught to seek within in order to find the Kingdom, and thus to open the connection once more that will permit our return to our natural consciousness—that of God within us, Who is all that we are.

The human body is but the creation of our human minds that for ages have thought themselves separated from God’s Consciousness. When that belief of separation finally disappears, as it did with Jesus on the cross, when He said, “It is finished,” then there is no longer any need of a body—we can put on the body consciousness or take it off at will. The body consciousness is only that wrong belief that we have mastered, when knowing its unreality; although it is very real to us while we are in the body consciousness.

All that Jesus needed when knowing that He was pure Spirit, was to lift His Consciousness from that body belief into the higher belief of His Spiritual nature, knowing that always within His consciousness is there He truly is. All that Jesus did, therefore, in healing people, was to lift their consciousness away from their wrong beliefs. Think on all of this until you grasp its real meaning.
