A Call to Service
THIS Message is addressed to every person seeking an opportunity to serve in a definite way the Cause of BROTHERHOOD. The time has come when all such, who realize they are here for a purpose and that purpose is concerned with the good of all people, must in a way now set themselves apart; must take a stand that will establish them unequivocally on the side of Righteousness, Justice and Truth.
Therefore, those who have dedicated themselves or who wish to dedicate themselves to Christ, our Beloved Leader, are now called upon to become His Outposts, His Agents, through whom the Great Christ Brotherhood of the Spirit can accomplish the Will of our Father in Heaven.
This first work is preliminary and preparatory, in that it will accustom you to definite and consecrated effort and will prepare your minds so that they will become pure, selfless, open channels through which can be done the Father’s Work on earth even as planned in Heaven.
Upon the degree of your faithfulness in observing this request; your dedicating yourselves wholly to Christ’s and the Father’s use; your keeping self and his thoughts out entirely and being wholly God-anointed in this Service, will be preparing yourselves for greater and more individual service.
Every day at 12 o’clock noon, no matter where you are or what you are doing, throw off all outer thoughts and interests and retire into the silence of your soul.
See yourself surrounded with and abiding in the Light of God’s Love.
Feel It all around you as a powerful and all-encompassing Presence.
Feel It likewise pressing forth and then pouring forth from within you, illumining and harmonizing the consciousness of every cell of your body and every faculty of your mind, so that they all become pure, wide-open channels for the expression of that Love.
Then realize that you are now a perfect center of that Love, let its Light and Power pour forth as from a great Beacon Light, shining and extending its radiance to the far corners of the earth into the hearts and minds of everyone able to receive it.
See that Light of God’s Love quickening, awakening, developing and expanding the Christ Light within all such, enabling them consciously to walk in and be taught by that Light.
Remain in this Consciousness from three to five minutes, all the time seeing and feeling the Light that is radiating from you in Its Divine glory and effectiveness.
Sing glad praises to God that His Kingdom is now preparing to come forth into the outer lives of His children, and thank Him for enabling you to serve Him efficiently to that end.
That is all you need to do. The Father will do the rest.
For all the Brothers in the Kingdom, forming the Great Army of Light working under Christ’s direction, will pour out their mighty Power of God’s illuminating, healing and freeing Love through you their human channels to those they have prepared to receive it, and at the same time will help them to receive it.
In this manner will you be working effectively with your Brothers in the Kingdom. Those of you who feel the true significance of this Call, and of the work you are asked to do, and therefore do it religiously and perfectly as requested, proving that you can co-operate effectively with your Brothers in Christ, will naturally be fitting yourselves for more individual service.
AT 12 O’CLOCK noon is the time of the greatest downpouring of the Light (Wisdom), heat (Love), and energy (Power) of the Sun (the visible expression of our Father-God), and when the Light of His Love has the greatest power to penetrate the darkened consciousness of men on earth.
Therefore, as near to that time as possible, no matter where you are—in what state or country, for there is no time or space in Spirit—give your body, mind and will as a wide-open channel through which that Light can be poured. If you determine that nothing shall interfere with that hour, you will find that it will be arranged for you.
Should anything unforeseen prevent your being free, you can for the moment close your eyes and mind to all outer things and retire into the silence of your soul, giving yourself entirely to the Brotherhood, seeing and feeling the Light of Divine Love pouring through you as above.
If you ever feel strongly urged to direct this Light to someone who needs help of any kind, see it surrounding, entering and quickening the soul of that one, so that his own Light begins to shine through and unite consciously with the Christ Light, thus opening him wide to receive the healing and blessing power of That Light.
