any outer Movement ever could be. It will be as a seed, a deep hope, the soul’s sincere desire, given completely into the Father’s hands. It will be a prayer in which two or three thousand, perhaps two or three million, will agree together to give their nations and their world completely over to Almighty God, with absolute trust in Him for the ultimate and correct solution of all their problems.

At times this Movement, just like a seed, will be completely out of sight; sometimes, like a blade of wheat, it will appear above the ground; but whether visible or invisible it will always be growing and perhaps never growing so powerfully as when wholly invisible to the eyes of men. Therefore in quietness and confidence shall be our strength. Whenever an outer manifestation appears, such as a definite program of social action that will lead to the cleansing of society or its regeneration, we can put all our prayers and all our loving service behind it. This very Easter Season there is coming into sight something around which we may all unite. I refer to the Day of Prayer which initiated the Easter Season in all nations.

On that day of March 8th, fifty nations all over the world united in prayer for each other. That day of Prayer started at sunrise in New Zealand and Australia and ended at sundown in the United States. On that day there was distributed in all the churches of all denominations in America a program of responsive readings, and prayers to guide the people in their prayer and meditation, the inside covers of which contained quotations from the Soul’s Sincere Desire.*

This to me is the Kingdom of God Movement. Radiating influences from this Christ-filled life and that Christ-filled life meet and coalesce and spread again until all the world shall be filled with Christ. So I am requesting that you join your prayers with the rest of us that Christ may enter into the hearts of all men, and that all men will be led captive by the Spirit of Love, in all walks of life, from the innermost to the outermost, from the most mystic inner experience of God to the outermost expression of that experience, wherein all men may be given opportunity to find complete self-expression in worshipping and serving God and in loving and serving man.
