If you can, we ask you to consider the possibility of those civilizations again reincarnating and along with them the souls who originally created them, and that we are probably enjoying or will enjoy in this age what we formerly enjoyed in a long forgotten age many thousands of years ago.

Let us assume that as souls the people of the United States lived in bodies in what was once the continent of Atlantis that disappeared under the waters of the Atlantic about twelve thousand years ago, and at that time they built on that continent a civilization that gradually developed until it greatly excelled what we have today; that in the mental atmosphere exist all the thought-forms created at that time awaiting the return of the souls who created them; that all the souls who so far have built up our present civilization have but duplicated what they formerly had done or wanted to do on Atlantis; and that there are now coming into incarnation the more advanced souls who built the higher forms of civilization formerly enjoyed in the later days of Atlantis. In other words, that a great cycle of twelve thousand years has rolled around when the souls of the later days of ancient Atlantis are again coming into incarnation to express and complete their unfinished ideas of that former cycle, with all the knowledge gained in the interim from digesting and assimilating the fruits of their past mistakes, and to build in much higher form what was destroyed before.
