working consciously with the law, instead of in the ignorance which brought failure or inability to wrest from life the success they sought. When men once begin thus to search for the law in order to work with it, can you not see that the law will begin to work with and for such?

There are virtually myriads of truly beautiful souls in the world today who belong in the New Order, but whose minds, living in ignorance or wrong beliefs of the past, are now being opened by these Spiritual Forces so that they are becoming aware of the Inner Life and its realities, through certain spiritual experiences they are having, which convince them more and more of the importance of the outer life, and cause them to search for authoritative teaching regarding this Inner Life. An illuminating example of the kind of souls we mean and the type of experiences they have is indicated in the article this issue, entitled The Unfolding of a Soul.

It is the special work of this Magazine to acquaint these souls with and to explain the meaning and the reality of what they are experiencing to show them that this Inner Life is far more real than the outer life, and that if the highest in them responds to what they are being taught, and they shape their lives accordingly, they will be blessed in many ways spiritually and materially.

The purpose of these experiences is to open the spiritual eyes of those permitted them, so that their centers of consciousness will gradually change from their brain minds to their souls, and they will be looking out from within and will see the reality of things as those see who are living in spirit.

We wish all our readers to take particular note of this statement, for in it lies a most significant fact that has to happen upon everyone interested in the Inner Life. In fact, all that has gone before has been in the nature of a preparation for just such a change in consciousness that must come to those who will carry over into the New Day.

In the meantime, much further preparation is needed by the great majority of those who wish to be a part of the New Order. The necessity of getting their mental and spiritual houses in order must be strenuously impressed upon them; they must be shown that their dependence upon material things and sources of supply has brought them to their present pass and it must be superseded by a simple, childlike, perfect love and trust in God; and they must be taught to look only for the good in people,
