Except ye eat of My flesh and drink of My blood, ye have not life in you. But whose eateth of My flesh, and drinketh of My blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

For My flesh is meat indeed—is the Truth that maketh thee free and One with Me; and My blood is drink indeed—is My Love that lifteth thee into My Consciousness.

He that eateth My flesh—knoweth Me as I AM, and that drinketh My blood—abideth in My Consciousness, dwelleth in Me, and I in him.

As the living Father hath sent Me forth, and His Consciousness is My Consciousness and thy consciousness, and as I live and know and love by the Father; so that eateth Me—that knoweth I AM, even he shall live by Me, and be One with Me.

Therefore it is thy mind that, from within thee, I am teaching the Truth—am giving thee to eat of My flesh; that My flesh may become thy flesh and My body thy body. It is thy mind that must see Me within its consciousness as I AM, must drink of My blood—must abide in My Love; when in Love’s Light thy real body—My body—will be seen and will shine forth resplendent in thy consciousness.

My body is a perfect body; it is pure spirit—the perfect idea of My Father. But it dwelleth in spirit, which is My Father’s Consciousness and My Consciousness; and is likewise thy consciousness—when thy mind knoweth ye are not separate from Me or from My Father.

Because My body dwelleth in spirit—in consciousness—only, when thou canst see My perfect body in thy consciousness—canst know the Truth of thy being, and canst hold to that Truth despite anything that appears to mortal eyes, My body will become manifest, and the Word will then be the flesh,—proving My words, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make thee free.”

Look therefore that the light within thee be not darkness. If thou wouldst have thy whole body be full of light, having no part dark, let the Light of My Love shine forth brightly as a great lamp shining within thee.

When thy mind is thus lighted by My Love, there is no more darkness; for in Love’s Light the separate mind and separate
