THE DISCIPLES came to Jesus and asked to be told the secret of healing and He told them in plain simple language. But it was too simple for the masses or even the disciples to fully comprehend. The gap between the intellectual concept of this truth and a true understanding of just what He meant extends to a great chasm, which can be bridged only by deep study and an intelligently practiced faith.

There may be great danger in attempting to help another when we ourselves have only a superficial knowledge of the higher laws of mind.

Unless one has thoroughly convinced himself that mental action is the creative power and that it is constantly working, he had better not attempt healing; for he is but using blind faith, and the results will be uncertain. This law works in a very subtle manner. The Master did not fail to point this out to His disciples, and it has been available to us for a very long time.
