The Inner Life
THE HERALD OF THE NEW AGE | DECEMBER 1936
These children have now grown to manhood and womanhood, and through all the years they have regarded marriage and parentage as sacred; and there is no condition of womanhood they look upon with more profound respect and reverence than that of prospective motherhood.
I do not believe there is one child in a hundred that would abuse the confidence of parents who impart this all-important knowledge.

THE STAR OF CHRIST
THE Star e’er shines, that Star of Christ,
Of Peace and Love Divine,
In beauty incomparable—
Within thy heart and mine:
Radiant though yet unseen, unknown,
Shining to light The Way,
As shone the Star of Bethlehem
Where the Babe Christ-Jesus lay—
Until we turn from the husks of sense
In the darkened land afar;
Until we find the Christ within—
The Promise of the Star.

WHO is thy neighbor? He is the sufferer, wherever, whoever, whatsoever he be. Wherever thou hearest the cry of distress, wherever thou seest anyone brought across thy path by the chances and changes of life, whom it is in thy power to help—he, stranger or enemy though he be—HE is thy neighbor. —Stanley.
