THE AGE OF GREAT ADVENTURE
THE following is taken from the last part of an Address by David Davidson, the world famous authority on the Great Pyramid, at the Central Hall, Westminster, London, England, on October 1st, 1936.
This Address is most significant as it is his first word given after the long awaited September 16th, for the significance of which as a day of prophecy, he perhaps more than any other person is responsible.
The first part of the Address is devoted to showing the conditions in the British Empire and in the world leading up to the entrance into the Kings Chamber, and how they have been preparing the world for the New Age that is now upon us. This closing part to us is the one all people need to know, coming as it does from such an eminent authority. —The EDITOR.
IT IS a great adventure which lies before us, ladies and gentlemen! It is an adventure which will put all past adventures and pioneerings in the shade! I am confident you and the rising generation will all join in it when true leadership appears in Britain and America.
For since August, 1931, our leadership in Church and State has gone through its Crucifixion, has passed through its Exodus from political and ecclesiastical bondage, has passed into the wilderness of isolation, and has returned to true leadership, as Moses returned from exile to guide our race in its Exodus from economic Egypt into the wilderness of economic adventure which leads to the Kingdom of Heaven on the Earth.
Here I would draw attention to the fact that Israel at their Exodus took from the Egyptians the dues which were justly Israel’s—the just dues of their bondage.
Consider the state of the post-war generation. It sees no scope for adventure unless in speed on land, in the air, and on the seas. Speed, and acceleration of speed, says the rising generation, constitute the sole field of adventure left. But they do not know what they are being prepared for. They are being given the body and mind of the mythical Mercury, to prepare them for the greatest work and the greatest field of adventure the world has ever known. They are being trained to become the messengers of God, in the realm of spirit on the earth, from which realm all barriers are now removed.
In all my works and articles during the past six years, I have shown that the Book of Revelation joins with the prophecies of the Old Testament in commanding our race, at this crisis in world affairs, to come out of the materialism of the existing world order, which in Revelation is referred to as the harlot city which seduces the kingdoms of the earth, and buys and sells in the world’s money markets and exchanges the bodies and souls (or lives) of men (and women).
Here let me quote from an address which I delivered from this platform on October 9th, 1930.
“. . . The mystical crucifixion, economically of our race, as symbolized in the Great Pyramid’s prophecy, is the Exodus of our race from the present order of world economy to be delivered in the economy of the Kingdom of God, from the fleshpots of mystical Egypt to manna in the wilderness. The Book of Revelation therefore says that it was in this same mystical Egypt where also our Lord was crucified.”
And, in conclusion, I said:—
“Our Tribulation is ended (i. e. on September 16th, 1936) when the judgment of the nations, their tribulation, begins. When, therefore, we find ourselves figuratively with our backs to the wall, as Israel found herself in her Exodus to ‘the Sea of Reeds,’ let us take stock of the situation, and look for our deliverance through unity of command under the greatest of all commanders, Jesus Christ. For it was He, you will remember, who spoke of the things that should come to pass, and that are even now happening. He said: ‘When these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads, for your redemption draweth nigh.’ ”
The command for to-day, addressed to our race, and the mixed company of other races willing to follow us into the wilderness is given in Revelation XVIII, 4. The Command is as follows:—
“Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
Consider the present hell’s brew of chaos simmering in Europe, Asia and Africa, and even in America. The conditions, as they are now developing, are accurately described in the prophecies of Isaiah. Fifteen years ago, in a series of articles on the Great Pyramid’s prophecy, I pointed out that this would be so at the present time. I did not describe the conditions in my own words, but referred to the twenty-sixth chapter of Isaiah as describing the Divine Protection which would be afforded the British race, in the circumstances which have now overtaken the world.
Consider then the envy with which the aggressive powers now regard this island empire race, which would bring by peace what the aggressive powers now hope to perform by violence. Rudyard Kipling, in his Recessional, had the same vision as Isaiah, although 26½ centuries separated their respective visions. If every man and woman in the British Empire had had the same vision that Kipling had, as to the mission of our race, there would have been no racial disloyalty to God in this world to-day!
Go home to-night and read Isaiah, chapter 26, and the preceding and succeeding chapters in relation, and you will find all the definiteness you require concerning current conditions in the world. In the dark days ahead it will seem to many that our race may perish as a vital factor in the world. When those dark days come—as they will shortly come—read those chapters in relation to the significant promise of Divine Protection in the twenty-sixth chapter. And you will find that as God gradually reveals the mystery of His Divine Purpose, this race will not require any other proof that the Israel of God, dwelling carelessly in the “Isles,” indeed exists in the British race.
The Song of Isaiah, for our current times begins:—
“We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.” “Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.”
I quoted these words fifteen years ago as applying to the experience of our race from 16th September this year onwards to 20th August, 1953.
I have always referred to the 16th of September, 1936, as “the threshold” of the new age of transition, and have referred to the fact that the transition will be painful for many. As the date approached, indeed within three days of it, obstacles, seemingly insuperable, barred the way. The Great Pyramid’s prophecy had shown what those obstacles were, why they barred the way, and when they would be removed. It showed that those obstacles to the fulness of knowledge would be removed for all who are asking, seeking and knocking onwards from 16th September last.
It is the teaching of all prophecy that from now on, and however they may temporarily be compelled by circumstances to coalesce, the aggressive nations will be driven to destroy their own ideals of rule by force, and conquest by might. Elements of our race may receive those “ideals” to convert them from Revolution to Reform.
Let us look at one significant happening which accompanied our transition of the threshold of the new epoch on 16th September, last. British Labour—the greatest democracy in the world—began to indicate a solid tendency to range itself against the forces of aggression, and to support re-armament as an essential step towards defending our racial ideals against aggression. Yet we are promised not protection by our own might but Divine Protection, with this proviso, that in the darkest days of our coming crisis, we will be compelled to ask God to do it for us.
The Great Pyramid shows that the British race, in the British Empire and the United States of America, will have received by January 31st, 1947, a Theocentric form of Government as the nucleus of the Divinely Ordered Government for the Kingdom of Heaven on the Earth. You may rest assured that the initial moves towards that end are now being made, although at present their effects may not appear, as we might expect them to appear, but as they do appear according to the wisdom of God, and in the fulfilment of the purpose of God.
In the coming days many will tend to lose faith, but as the prophet Isaiah says, “When God’s judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” Wherefore, our Lord Jesus Christ admonished us, concerning those things of which Isaiah spoke, saying, “When these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”
Why? The symbolism of the Great Pyramid indicates that the obstacles, seemingly insuperable, which have hitherto barred the way to the fulness of knowledge—to the Plane of the Divine Centre—are now removed for those who look up, asking and seeking.
The days ahead include the darkness which precedes the dawn, but that dawn can come NOW for all who seek, and for all of us by 1953. The barriers hiding the true Light are now removed, and, for all who can now see the true Light, “The Kingdoms of this world are become the Kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ.”
(Readers will note that Mr. Davidson still adheres to the inch-month basis of time measurement in the King’s Chamber, or the period following the world’s entrance therein, September 16th last. Time alone will tell which is the right basis of time measurement—the inch-month or the inch-week.
All that should concern us, however, is that we are fully trusting in God for our protection, as stated in Isaiah, and thereby are prepared for anything that may come to pass.—The EDITOR.)

THE FIRES OF AFFLICTION
THOSE of you who are going through afflictions, remember that you are being tried by its fires to see if you can stand in them and not lose your faith in your Heavenly Father’s loving care and protection; also that all of self may be burned out so that you will become pure and perfect for His use.
Those who cannot stand in the fires, will run away, tempted by the luring call of the world, the flesh or the devil, and such will have to wait until they become strong enough to endure the high vibrations of the Spirit formerly felt, before they will again be privileged to taste of the sweets of Christ’s Service.
Everyone is in the “King’s Chamber” and will now express his real nature; his faults and weaknesses formerly repressed and hidden will now break forth and push aside all good impulses and desires. A man will be now what he is, not what he wants people to think he is.
