I MUST recapitulate. My objective is to create a medium of exchange that functions between Plateau and Earth. It must be common to both and made available to either. The need is great. Unless the esthetic, moral, mental and spiritual riches which the Plateau would give to Earth are clothed in material form visible to earth dwellers, this civilization must pass out in darkness like the many that have preceded it. And unless the material riches and substances of the Earth with which to create these forms are made available to Plateau Dwell- ers, they (the Plateau Dwellers) must again withdraw them- selves until through weary travail of ages a new civilization arises on Earth. And until this is accomplished, I must remain suspended twixt heaven and Earth, while striving for a medium which will bridge the gap and allow the riches of Plateau and Earth to be exchanged until Heaven and Earth are one again.

Therefore I start with one mind which is capable of merging all known mediums of exchange into one common denominator. I unite this mind with another that can grasp the idea of a formless, universal, undifferentiated medium available to Plateau and Earth. Through this union the dim form of a medium appears, made up of Love and Power, still without a name, and invisible to all but Plateau Men.

My next step is to create a group mind made up of in- dividuals that possess as marked characteristics one or more of the qualities which make up the substance of the undiffer- entiated medium. If these Group Members possess sufficient Love and Power to give themselves utterly to my objective, and are willing to lose their personalities in a union of equal- ities, I will possess a LIVING substance. That third element, LIFE, is then added to LOVE and POWER, and I can call on the Lords of Life to give this substance form; and I will ask the Master to give this form a name that men may compre- hend.
