And he plainly stated who were the sheep that would be placed on his right side and who would inherit the Kingdom. He said,

“For I was anhungered and ye gave me food; I was thirsty and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger and ye took me in; naked and ye clothed me; I was sick and ye visited me; I was in prison and ye came unto me.

Then shall the righteous answer, saying, Lord, when did we these things?

“And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

“And likewise to those on his left hand he said, ‘Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.’ And these shall go away into age-lasting punishment; but the righteous to life eternal.”

Can you not see that what men are now going through is the testing and proving process? They are being examined and tried to see what of Christ’s teachings they have actually learned—no, not learned in their heads—so that they are proving their truths in their lives.

How many really believe and are heeding his injunction to be unconcerned about food and clothing and the problems of tomorrow, and are making the finding of the Kingdom and living a life pleasing to God first—not second or third—in all their thoughts, speech and actions?

How many profess to love and trust God, and yet are worried sick over their present situation, and make no real effort to place themselves and their affairs entirely in His hands?

The time is growing very short, as all must plainly see. Are you still depending upon your job or your income—if you still have one—to carry you through? Are you
