THE GREAT ONES

UPON the Globe called Earth there appeared nineteen centuries ago, a Being who took unto Himself a habitation meek and lowly. This Being came to dwell awhile and give forth His message in a country in the East; and at that time His choice, the East, was a very significant one.

Behold, there thus came unto the Earth a Great Master and Teacher, who clothed in the lowly and humble form of a man of the East, delivered His message, rested not, and departed hence.

This message was intended to be flung to the four quarters of the Earth, and this message now has reached every portion of the globe called Earth.

The message given by this Great Being was the message of Peace, Love and Brotherhood, and what has been called the following of the Golden Rule.

Peace and Love radiated as beams of Light from this wonderful Being, clothed in lowly raiment, and from these beams came the comfort that abided with the men called Disciples, with the vast multitude who followed them, and with the myriads of souls who also followed generation after generation.

Behold, I say unto thee, All Great Beings seeking habitation upon this globe come or enter into poor habitations; for only the humble can become grand, only the meek can inherit the Earth.

The humble and lowly draw unto themselves vast stores of knowledge from the treasure house of the Universe, and great knowledge along with a Great Love
