homes are in higher realms but who have descended to teach and lift up their younger brothers. In other words, anyone who has accustomed him or herself to rise to higher realms of consciousness will always find a “body” waiting in such realms for his or her use, it having been created in this or a former life. Which also means that no one can rise in consciousness higher than his soul has previously reached or where it is now dwelling.

Another fact that we gather from the above experience is the efforts of those in the soul realm to help and heal us when we are ill; that they are always ready to give us such help. The beautiful pastel colors around such healers are their auras indicating the pure and loving forces they bring with them because of their heavenly natures, and which they utilize to accomplish such healing. If we can only know it, it is from such forces in the auras of the healers on the physical plane that all power comes to heal. And such power awaits the use of every soul that yearns to and has learned to serve.

THE illumined sage regards with equal mind an illumined selfless Brahman, a cow, an elephant, a dog, and even an outcast who eats the flesh of dogs.

Those who thus preserve an equal mind gain heaven even in this life, for the Supreme is free from sin and equal minded; therefore they rest in the Supreme Spirit.
