And with that I saw a great ball of light go directly from me to that house and it struck it like a streak of lightning. I simply knew that that house and those families in it had been cleansed.

Since that, I have watched and seen the awakenings there, some in one way and some in another. The other healers claim that healing. I say nothing, as I know only what I saw. I know that I did not consciously send that light, but it did flow through and from me. The interesting part to me is that the one in the house who was an earnest Truth student has been lifted right away from the discord. The others are still there, but are cleansed and different, without perhaps understanding why.

Your saying I am now to partake of the fruit of the “Tree of Life” must be true, because ever since last Easter the words “Life Eternal” are upon my lips so many times.

As to our often being unconscious of how we are serving, I had an interesting lesson. One morning I was sitting in my car down town and in the seat beside me was my son’s tot of three. She greeted everyone that passed, young and old, white or colored, singly and in groups, with a “Hi there!”

Everyone looked and in one way or another responded. She kept that up for half an hour; and then my son returned. I asked him to listen to her—but she never spoke to another person.

That surprised me, but upon thinking it over I decided that, as I had sat there and half-consciously had been greeting the soul of each passer-by, the soul of the child had heard and in the outer had voiced the greeting. As I stopped, she stopped.

Realizing this, the next time, when the child was not along, I again greeted each one silently, and every one turned to look at me. It has always been a pastime with me to say, “I bless you,” to people, but I did not know they heard. But now I know.

FATHER God, I thank Thee that Thy messengers speak Thy Word that many may become wise and love not darkness, but know they are children of Light. And knowing Thee Who art all Light, they too become Light Bearers for Thee in a world where darkness betrays those who are ignorant of Truth.
