about in them an awakening and a rebirth into living souls.

You who read can now see what is necessary to find and know God of you—if you have not already found Him, and if what has been stated has inspired in you a determination to prove it all—to know for yourself.

THE INNER BEAUTY

By F. E. H.

BEAUTY is of the Lord,
 It attendeth His every word.
Image All-glorious! Thee,
 So fair, hast He endowed
With beauty indestructible.
 What more rare or precious flower
Could’st thou desire than thine own soul?
 Seek beauty fresh from heaven;
Thus shalt thou see thyself
 In His own Image—all-beautiful.
Rare and glorious plant of life!
 Thou art the fairest of the fair!
No beauty can to thine compare
 Son of the Highest.
