are trying to give you the Spiritual meaning, the kind of food your soul needs, and at the same time provide the same kind of instruction you are getting in that book, but helping you to use it under the direction of your Christ Self.

Now we tell you all this only in order to caution you not to become too enamored of the demonstrations you are able to make through this knowledge given you—if “it completely satisfies your mind” at this particular stage of your growth. Remember the mind and intellect are your servants and must be led to use these powers only in the service of the Christ, Who you sometime will learn is a very real Being—or if you will, Force—in your life.

(3) We have read with real interest and deep sympathy all that you state, and understand your feelings. All that we were trying to convey to you was The Law, so that you might learn to work with it, so it in turn could work with and for you, and thus lift you out of the very conditions which you say make it impossible for you to do what you want to do.

There is no reason why, even if you are seventy-two years old, you cannot claim God’s riches and abundance as one of His children; for He loves you and is caring for you just as much as one two years or fifteen years old. The only thing that prevents the fullness of His blessings coming into manifestation in your life is your own attitude of mind toward Him and these blessings. Because you are old and alone and have to depend on others, is a result and not a cause; and if you can only believe it—you are not old, and you are not alone. You have One to depend on Who can give you all things—your Loving Father, and Who is with you every moment of the day, and Whose eternal Life is your life.

Just so long as you look to and depend on material sources for the things you need, just so long will you dwell in the consciousness of lack and limitation. Read carefully all that we said in our last letter about knowing God alone as your Supply, and how until you trust Him fully for it, you will never be able to free yourself from the conditions you are now in. On the other hand, if you do truly trust Him, He will free you not only from the poverty you have thought to be your portion, but from all that is now holding you back from the blessings He is waiting to deliver to you.
