From this you can see that your present interest and concern about the matter is still of the self, and that there would be no possibility of your “twin ray” being in a physical body either in some other race. When two souls of different races or colors are drawn together, it is because of certain experiences and the resulting lessons that these souls need to learn, and we feel that the “twin ray” theory, even though there is true love, has nothing to do with it—because of the reason above stated.

You ask, when two souls meet with true Impersonal love, if it is God’s will that they should unite, regardless of race, color or creed. Yes, we feel that is so, but if it is God’s will—they will unite and nothing can stop them. However, very seldom do we see true Impersonal love manifesting in such a case, but there is in evidence what is mistaken for love and which is something far apart from true Impersonal love.

The reason the white race feels superior to all other races is because white is the highest color and is the symbol of purity and perfection. This is so, because all other colors of the rainbow combined make white; anything less than pure white has color in it, and pure white is the symbol of God, the Light which lighteth every man.

That is why perfected souls are called the White Brotherhood. All such wear white robes, symbolizing their purity and perfection. Does that help make it plain? It is not the color of our bodies that matters—it is the color of our souls.
