WITH the faith of Jesus Christ quickening every word, we are declaring the Truth for you and for every person who is in need of light, whether the need is mental, or physical. We know that our word of blessing sent forth in the name of Jesus Christ is mighty to accomplish its mission. Therefore we give thanks at this moment for the spiritual illumination that has come to you.

In the Light of the Holy Spirit your mind is illumined with the greater consciousness of Truth. The light of the Holy Spirit is a power within itself. As you feel this power working within you, you are aware of its light shining before you, revealing the illumined path of life and wholeness to you. Conditions that a few short hours ago may have appeared hopeless are clarified.

Bless your consciousness and every part of your body, bless every phase of your life and service with the knowledge that the light of the Holy Spirit has come into it.

Say to your mind, “Your light is come.” Now be very quiet before the shining of the light within you. It is blessing every brain cell, enlightening each thought, clearing your consciousness of stupidity, confusion, and all belief in disaster or disease. The light of the Holy Spirit is shining clearly in your consciousness and your mind is transformed and renewed in divine intelligence, order and integrity.

Say to your eyes, “Your light is come.” The Spirit of the Lord is upon you giving power and substance to the words you speak. Even as the light of the Spirit shining in your consciousness transforms and renews your mind, so the light of Spirit shining through your eyes quickens your perfect vision. You can see as you have never seen before because you are letting the light of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, quicken you in the ability to see as God sees, to see wholeness and holiness, righteousness and justice, love and harmony, peace and joy.

As your consciousness is adjusted to the light of Truth, your sight will be adjusted to the light and the vision of Spirit. Be still and let the light of the Holy Spirit flood your consciousness, your mind, your eyes.

Now with perfect vision look within your heart and behold the glory of divine love shining there. Look within your mind and rejoice in the light of divine intelligence and faith making clear the way of righteousness, peace, and plenty to you. Look within your soul and give thanks for the light of the Holy Spirit shining there to restore you and every function of your mind and body in divine order and harmony.

Now give thanks for perfect sight, clear perception, and ability to see even as God would have you see with the far-reaching and true vision of the Holy Spirit. Again we say to you, “Your light is come.” The Spirit of the Lord is upon you, and you are healed.

You are healed of every misconception, every misunderstanding; every doubt or fear; healed of every shortcoming, every bodily ailment, every wrong thought or attitude.

You are healed. In the name of Jesus Christ we declare it, and in His faith we rejoice that it is so. We give thanks that you are going to do your part toward making your healing complete and permanent through constantly abiding in the light of the Holy Spirit, and living the Truth that you know.

The words spoken by the prophet Isaiah and reiterated by Jesus Christ, the Son of God, are being renewed and repeated now by your own indwelling Lord: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor. He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind. To set at liberty them that are bruised, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

Your light is come and you must let it shine. Let it shine in freeing blessing upon those who are bound, let it restore the perfect vision of the Christ Spirit to those who sit in darkness or uncertainty, let it shine in understanding love and power to liberate those who suffer from hurt feelings, whose spirit is broken, who have been buffeted, baffled and bruised. As the light of the Holy Spirit goes forth through your life you may be very sure that your life will be bright, helpful, satisfying, and glorious. The Spirit of the Lord is upon you and you are in all ways prospered.

Unencumbered by great possessions, Jesus Christ went about the Father’s Business, the most successful man, the greatest achiever, and the richest man in consciousness the world has ever known. The Spirit of the Lord was upon Him and He met the need of the world for a Saviour.

The most powerful and complete blessing of God is encompassed in the Spirit of the Lord that is now poured out upon you. It enables you to live the life, do the work, achieve the good, and gain the goal of the Master. —From Weekly Unity, October 22nd, 1938.
