The Inner Life

THE HERALD OF THE NEW AGE | AUGUST 1934

The proof of this energy is noticed usually in the involuntary movements that take place in patients undergoing treatment, that have nothing to do with auto-suggestion, Christian Science or hypnosis. It is most unique, and were you here you might see a large studio with patients all going through the most wonderful exercises, and all so happy and free from pain and self-consciousness.

It would be impossible to give an adequate idea of these involuntary movements merely by telling of them—they would have to be seen, or better still, experienced to be fully believed. In nearly every case there is freedom from pain during treatment. The improvement was very marked in the case above mentioned; the legs were lengthened to normal, and the woman was able to walk without any help.

In some cases of Paralysis the paralyzed limbs are for the most part exercised vigorously, and with such wonderful rhythm. The Force operates in such a way as gently to open
