fect health and wholeness, going about living in such belief, perfect health and wholeness must manifest. For the law will bring it to pass.

How can one take one’s mind off of an undesired condition in the body? We know that is the great question most often asked Metaphysicians. We will try to help all earnest seekers herein to do that very thing.

LET US first go back to our fundamental truth of God being All in all—that God is the One Consciousness from which all things come forth. Then God is your life, your consciousness, your health, your strength, your ability to be or do anything; He is the real self of what you think you are. You of yourself are nothing other than an outer center of His Consciousness through which He is expressing His Life and Nature.

Stop here and meditate on this until you fully believe it. When you see how true it is, and that therefore if you would let Him—God would undoubtedly express His perfect Nature in and through you, even as He does through all nature—for all nature is His Nature; then you can see that your part is first to cease thinking any untrue thoughts about Him in you—your true Self, and then instead to think and believe about Him and yourself only the best and perfect things that must be His and your true nature.

In other words, the only way to take your mind off of any inharmony or disease in your body, is to turn to and think only of the good and perfect body God created for you, and which He is waiting to outmanifest when you permit it, by letting Him show it to you first by picturing it in your consciousness. Think! Must this not be so?

Of course it is so. God will always express His perfect nature in you when you get your mind out of the way and let Him. How will He do this? Why, when your mind is no longer thinking of your old body, and instead is thinking of that good and perfect body already created and waiting in the soul world—right up close to the physical—to come forth; then God, the One Consciousness, begins to put your mind ideas, thoughts, qualities about that perfect body, picturing it to you as it is within, making it stand out clearly in your consciousness and
