Such a one cannot but be wide open to Christ’s leading—to the directions from his Brothers in Christ, Whose all seeing vision is for the helping of those who can be got to listen in their trouble and distress.

Many are in the world today ready to be convinced that there is a real way of salvation from the evils, the wrong and hard conditions now manifesting everywhere; ready to believe that there must be a law which if faithfully observed will bring them freedom, peace and happiness.

But it is also true that the vast majority of people have never given a thought to such things—they are concerned only about making a living for themselves and their families, or about how to get the most pleasure out of life, how to satisfy their craving for sensation.

These are the two main types. The former can be reached and are the ones to whom the Great Ones in charge of the destiny of humanity are now directing Their attention. The others, because of their personal desires, must not be interfered with, for they must be allowed to have full satisfaction; for only thus can they learn the folly and futility of such desires and can then turn to higher things. For such life itself is the best teacher, and the Great Ones, and Their disciples who have learned this, let life have its way with them.

Because of the time growing so short, every mind channel open to the Light of Christ—every potential disciple—is being used to draw the Light shining through him to those souls who can be reached. Such channels are the Elect, the World Servers in the flesh being used by our Christ Brothers in Spirit. That is the purpose of the Elect being here at this time.

Therefore all who are of the Elect are being awakened to their greater capacity in these Last Days, and are being taught, prepared and equipped for Christ’s use as fast as each individual makes it possible. Can you understand now why some of you are so interested in these truths and why this strong desire in you to be wholly worthy?

From this you can also see why the strenuous testing going on at this time; why you are finding it so hard and are confronted continually with evidences of faults, weakness and negative qualities still unmastered. It is only to inspire in you so strong
