plus only an understanding that some of the methods now being used are unprofitable and therefore unwise. They then try to build ideal conditions based upon old beliefs of what is needed, not realizing they must be reborn into a new consciousness where they will be above and outside of the old conditions, before they can clearly see what will completely free mankind from all the mistakes of the past.

In other words, not until they learn the law that what is now manifesting is only what they see and believe is so in their minds, and they change the thought-picture in their minds to one they want to manifest and then believe it is so, can any change mani- fest for them.

Those who can thus change the picture in their minds will act- ually rise into a new consciousness and therefore into a new and seemingly perfect world—according to how good and perfect are the things and conditions in their mental picture.

Yes, minds are getting glimpses of this new consciousness, glimpses of the Plan that is in operation there, but because they have not entered that new consciousness and are not dwelling there where they can see and study this Plan in all its perfection, they strive to build in their human consciousness—upon the parts that they glimpse—a complete plan, only to fail—because it is human constructed.

From this you will gather that there is a perfect Plan already in existence, waiting to be given to the world, when the world is ready and capable of employing it as it is intended to be employed.

And we wish to assure you that this is so, that in the “King- dom of God,” spoken of by Jesus, there is now in operation that perfect Plan. But you can plainly see at the present moment that the world is far from ready for such a Plan to be put into operation upon the earth, where ignorance, selfishness and greed are now ruling the minds of most men. They must first change the thought picture in their consciousness to one where all are thinking and working for the good of the whole, before any plan—even any that are proposed—can be intelligently discussed and con- sidered by men generally, not to speak of the politicians now serving as representatives of the people, who would have to de- cide upon a plan and legislate it into operation.
