earth and Plateau. Should I discard either? The earth dwellers can obtain the exchange of the Plateau while on the Plateau, but the Plateau dwellers are denied the use of earth’s exchange. What is the answer? Will those who dominate the earth’s medium listen to the demands of the law. In Jesus’ time Mammon caused Rome and the Pharisees to use the law for persecution with the aid of the cross. The Saviour did not call on “Twelve Legions,” for He knew that centuries must elapse before humanity could understand the law and work with it. But with understanding gained the responsibility of the race has commenced and men shall now be expected “with POWER” to enforce the law.

It is for that reason and because of the need of mortal initiation to aid me that I long for all who now invoke that Power in their prayers. With Power invoked only by negative forces in the use of the medium of exchange, the law is impotent to protect on the lower planes. Impotent is not the word, rather we should say it can not be used in its full potency.

You understand of course that I mean the invoking and comprehending how to use spiritual Powers. I gave you that word that it might guide meditation to behold the way in which spiritual Power can protect the law on the lower planes. The old saying “money is power” is true on the earth plane at present, therefore it can serve as a medium waiting to be used for spiritual purposes but only when earth dwellers are ready to relinquish it to those of the Plateau.

For this reason I am not yet ready to release it as a possible transitional medium; but I would like to enlist all enlightened earth dwellers who could learn to work impersonally with the positive pole of Power, in its relation
