United States then unfurled the American Flag and explained the true significance of same. The loom is the Power of Love: The colors of the Flag, including the mosaics of all nations, constitute the warp, interwoven by harmonious threads into the stars and stripes, a glorious emblem of Freedom—the American Flag.

United States then accepted the flags of all nations and in an inspiring manner entwined them around the American Flag. The God of Destiny then sang:

United States then expounded to the nations of the earth that the ideals and dignity of America must forever be preserved—“Love and Loyalty to the Flag.”

THE SCENE shifts to Independence Hall, New York City.

A vital necessity causes United States to summon the Wise Men to a conference room in this Hall. Plato, Confucius, Moses, David, Paul, Peter and others are united to frame a Constitution for the rights of the people, to last through the ages—a form of Government to stand as a rock and foundation for Justice to all mankind.

Following the scene, United States invited the nations of the earth together in order that they might hear the Constitution read to the whole assemblage.
