Sincerely I have longed to greet you,
To offer you my heart.
A White Flag I’ve unfurled,
The pure white flag of Peace—of Peace.”
Columbia replied by singing:
“To you, the Prince of Peace
I’ve longed to give my hand.
I sensed your lonely heart
While in my native land.
I am the Bride of Harmony,
Whose mission on this earth
Is to live the Law of Love—
A true Spiritual Birth.”
In the presence of this mighty assemblage, United States gave the hand of Columbia to the Prince of Peace, who responded:
“To have and to hold in union, through Life and Eternity.”
The King of Autocracy and Prince of Greed, and followers were made ashamed of their flagrant injustices to United States, and in a most humble and contrite manner handed her a silver service to America. The Prince of Peace accepted the gift for United States and expounded the following:
“The Law of Love is in our heart,
Freedom for all—thou art—thou art—
America.”
The three Fates (Clotho, Atropos and Lachesis) danced around the group, interlacing threads of gold in and through the assemblage.

TO KNOW that Love alone was the beginning of nature and creature, that nothing but Love encompasses the whole universe of things, that the governing hand that overrules all, the watchful eye that sees through all, is nothing but omnipotent and omniscient Love, using an infinity of wisdom to save every misguided creature from the miserable works of its own hands, and make happiness and glory the perpetual inheritance of all the creation—is a reflection that must be quite ravishing to every intelligent creature that is sensible of it. —Wm.
