Humanity is growing, as is all nature, and in identically the same way. For all life is one and it operates under a perfect Law and according to a perfect Plan, as we have shown. Therefore, we must see that whatever is manifesting in its outer life is but evidence of a certain stage of its growth. Of course humanity is far from fully grown. We attribute the pranks and follies of youth to ignorance and the effervescence of developing energy. Can we not attribute much of what is happening in the world today to the pranks and follies of a young and ignorant humanity—let us say to the humanity that is now in high school or college and thinks it knows it all—getting rid of some of its surplus energy?

NOW the purpose of all this dissertation on the operation of the Law of Nature is to show you that things are not what they seem, and that a perfect Wisdom, Power and Love is back of and directing everything that is taking place in the world today. We know that it is hard for most people to believe this, but because it is hard is the very reason they must be helped to see it, must reckon with this truth; and must be led to turn within themselves to the life and intelligence there, that is an outlet of and is always connected with the perfect Wisdom, Power and Love of the One Life and Intelligence—if they only know it.

We call this One Life and Intelligence God, but God being All in all, and being therefore your life and intelligence, can you not see that He must know just what He is doing? He that has been growing you from the beginning,
