Selfishness, fear for one’s fancied rights or possessions, are played upon by the Forces of Darkness, and on both sides those who listen are drawn into the conflict. Workmen on one side listen to the paid agitators who make them believe they should do this or that to protect their rights; and the management, if it has selfishly taken advantage of its power to cut wages or to impose unfair rules, listens to the voice of greed.

But within the workmen and the management is the God-Self of each in charge—their only real Self; and if there are enough souls who will concern themselves with the conflict who know the truth of God’s Presence in them and as the Christ Spirit which lighteth them, and if they will hold to that vision, seeing that Light shining in their midst and know therefore that It will surely point them the way of Righteousness and Justice, the power of this Truth will work until the best possible settlement will be arranged.

Therefore let all Inner Workers see and know this truth confidently and powerfully, not permitting themselves to take one side or another, or to be drawn into any mental or emotional concern regarding the conflict. For in Reality—in the higher consciousness—where Righteousness and Justice always express, there is no conflict; the Real Self of all men always prevails, and a loving desire to help each other have only the best is the true life lived by everyone there.

THIS past week Mrs. A., Mrs. W. and I have had each a distinct and separate experience in REALIZATION, or healing. Thinking you would like to know about them, I will relate what has happened to each of us. Usually we call upon one another, or two of us are brought to the other when there is a need of healing; but this time it was different. That is why somehow we rejoice, believing that we each are becoming stronger in faith, so that we need not lean upon one another.
