IN THIS Department will be included teachings and truths for more advanced students, especially for those who have received the monthly Lesson Papers during the past five years.

Some of our readers perhaps may not be able to grasp these truths, but we urge if so that they reserve them for future study and consideration, as they will contain matter of vital moment to the soul, when it is grown ready to receive and use it as intended.

THE TIME has come for all Inner Workers to plan a definite line of action and to follow it today. It looks very much as if the Great Tribulation is about to begin, and that it will gradually culminate in force until the whole world is affected. This seeming unimportant war in Ethiopia is but the spark that may start a conflagration that nothing can stop until Europe is destroyed and its terrible effects reach all other countries, bringing them more or less into the conflict—unless all men and women of good-will unite in their efforts to stop it.

Is there a possibility that Inner Workers the world over by prayer or other means can stop it? You know from personal experience what can be done by mental and spiritual means, and we now ask you to join with others who are working in the same spirit and with a similar understanding to our own, by speaking the words of power and using your knowledge of the truth by seeing the actual consummation of what is wanted before using the following invocation, holding it in your consciousness as being so until it outmanifests:

    “Let the Forces of Light bring illumination to all mankind.

    Let the Spirit of Peace be spread abroad.

    May men of good-will everywhere meet in a spirit of co-operation.

    Let power attend the efforts of the Brothers of Humanity.”
