The Inner Life

THE HERALD OF THE NEW AGE | OCTOBER 1934

This is borne out by Jesus’ statement that, “If two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in Heaven.” For when you understand Jesus’ Father in Heaven to be the One Mind, or the activity of the Law of Mind—that “Whatever you think and hold in consciousness as being so, will outmanifest itself,” you can see how it will be so.

READ again what is stated about the soul being the real you on page 12 of the August editorial, beginning with the fourth paragraph, continuing with the first two paragraphs on page 13, so as to familiarize yourself perfectly with its truths; especially with what is stated about the mind gradually learning “who you are, and what it is,” and in time “takes its proper place as your servant.” And then,

By practice in thus accustoming yourself to think of yourself as a spiritual being having no body but able to think yourself in a body anywhere you will, in time you will find that you can know the truth so powerfully that instantly you can rise out of your physical body consciousness into that of your soul, and
