folklore. Even scientific explorations are uncovering evidences of civilizations richer and more wonderful than what the modern world has yet known.
But we, on the spiritual side of the picture, know that it is but the reckoning that man must reap for the selfishness and greed of the human race, and that from the debris of our so-called civilization will spring up a world that man from the beginning of time has not dreamed of as possible.
Then what are we to do? is asked by the bewildered human mind which looks with fear and trembling on what is yet to be consummated.
The answer, if you have followed these teachings, is to trust and believe that the same Power that wrought all these marvels in the past, can and will do even more. We must know that there is but One Power, One Intelligence, One Life, One God, that will see to it that those who abide in perfect faith and trust in this Loving Power shall not be betrayed.
We must stand steadfast in a united trust in God that nothing can shake or disturb, firm in the consciousness that this union of minds KNOWING THE TRUTH will put in action a force that cannot be denied or opposed.
Have you not yet arrived at the place where you can see behind this seeming evil, so brazenly flaunting itself, to the good that God has waiting for His people?
Then let those of you who have arrived there stand undaunted with the Master, our own Christ Jesus, and with our Elder Brothers in the Kingdom, fearless of anything that may come to pass, KNOWING that though many may fall around us, yet if we keep our thoughts fixed on God and the truth of His Loving Power and care, only good will outmanifest.
Refuse from this day to see and think anything that appears to be sickness, sin, poverty or death. Now is the appointed time—not tomorrow—and know God is in His Holy Temple within you, and all the world must keep silence before Him.
Is any man seemingly sick or distressed? Then see only the Good and the Perfect of him—the One TRUE Life of God that is his only life; that God and Good IS, despite what appears; that
