TREATMENTS
THE FOLLOWING is from a friend who has had some unusual proofs of what a loving trust in God will accomplish when asking or needing anything.
I promised to tell you about some of my experiences, so will relate a few.
A year ago this last winter our pet cat developed pneumonia. His lungs were so congested he could just breathe, and that was all. This particular morning we knew he could not live much longer. I said to my husband, “I am going to call the Humane Society and have them chloroform him, as there is nothing I can do for him.” I no sooner got the words out of my mouth when an inner voice said, “Why not give him a treatment?”
I could hardly doubt until my husband left for work, so I could be alone. I sat down in front of the cat, and entered the Silence, with my eyes closed. According to our daily paper it was the coldest day we had had for over 50 years. While wondering what I could do about it, I again heard the voice. So I gave the pipes a treatment. I was impressed to lay on my hands. I took hold of the pipes with both hands and entered the Silence. As I did so, I felt a strong current leave my hands and go down the pipes. The vibration was so strong, that it shook my hands. In a few minutes the water was running, and the pipes did not freeze up again that winter.
I visited my neighbor one evening. She called me through the window requesting me to go to the side door. As I entered the
