How are you going to deal with and correct, annul and wipe them out of consciousness, when you are not willing to recognize them?

The recognition referred to in your quotation was the recognition of their power over you, by causing you to fear, as you evidently do, or you would not refuse to read of them. What we are trying to get our friends to see and do is to recognize them as the creations of men’s minds only and therefore having great power over their minds, as we see everywhere about us, and to know that they are not real and have no real power over us—only as we give them power by fearing them.

Read the last paragraph on page 14 of our August Editorial and what follows, in the light of this understanding, and you cannot help but see how necessary it is for Inner Workers to know and to do all that we suggest. Inner Workers must see these things—not know them for just what they are, so that they can wisely and effectively handle them, as we are showing them how in the Inner Workers articles.

We hope, dear friend, that this will bring a new light to your understanding, so that you can heartily work with us in helping free the consciousness of humanity from the dark conditions so almost everywhere present these days in men’s minds.

YES, DEAR FRIEND, you have improved greatly, for your present letter vibrates much differently from your first ones, and the only reason you are not manifesting freedom and abundance in your financial affairs, is because of the picture of lack and limitation you are still carrying around in your consciousness. Can you not see this? You make that picture most apparent in your letter. Not as bad or as pronounced as in your first letters, but it is still there. What is the answer?

You must erase that picture and supplant it with one where you see yourself and your business having a continuous plenty of orders flowing in, bringing an abundance of funds to take care of everything and to supply the good things of life that belong to you. See yourself happy and contented, going about in that consciousness, and carry in your mind that picture, despite anything that appears outwardly, refusing to admit a single doubt, fear or worry.

Just as surely as you do this, will that picture outmanifest in your life. Think long and earnestly on this and then build that picture and carry it with you until you see it a finished thing in your mind. Then hold it there to the exclusion of every other thing, no matter what appears or what anyone says; for the law is that when finished on the mental plane, if not interfered with by conflicting thoughts, it must come forth on the physical plane.

You have been shown a definite way how to change your life, by thus changing your consciousness. Is it worthwhile to try it? It is up to you to decide. Can you do it? We know you can, if you will.
