any return, by forgetting self in thus giving, you did not notice the blessings when they came.

But we know that the Law is unfailing in its action, and you may be sure that those who give often in such a way are the ones who are unaffected by present conditions, for the Law is taking care of them.

Jesus said, “Unto everyone that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance; but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.”

Perhaps this remarkable saying of the Master takes on a new significance in the light of the above, and you now get a glimpse of His true meaning?

What is it that when one has it, more shall be given, and he shall have abundance, and if one does not have it, he shall have taken away what he has?

Can it refer to anything else than this Law—“As ye give, so shall ye receive?” Let us see.

When one really knows this Law—knows that only as he gives (whether it be in his home, his work, his business, and especially in his religion)—CAN he receive, that one you will find is demonstrating to the world that an abundance of all good things is somewhere always his.

Why is this? The answer is—IT IS THE LAW. For this Law when put in operation seemingly opens the door wide and permits the good that belongs to one to flow freely through in rich abundance, even as Jesus taught. Listen to His further statement of the law in Luke 6:38:

“Give and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto your bosom.”
