THE MASTER MIND

WE HAVE shown you as clearly as may be the purpose of the human mind on earth, or the part the human personality, its mortal creation, plays in life.

We have tried to have you see that it may learn to do and to be all that you require of it, so that you may, as it were, descend into and dwell in its consciousness and there work your will, live your life, and be your true self, even as you are now doing in your soul body in Heaven. When this is accomplished, and not before, has your mind learned the true meaning of and is able fully to obey the Master’s injunction, “If ye abide in Me, and LET MY WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto you.”

In this article we wish to aid further in bringing your mind to the stage where it can abide in you, and your words will always abide in its consciousness, so that it is ever wide open for your use and you can direct and utilize its powers as you will. In other words, we wish to help you make it into a Master Mind. This article will be devoted to that end, leaving to a succeeding article to explain the exact difference between it and the Christ Mind.

In the preceding article it was stated that you who have truly followed with us thus far should be able, through the truth taught your mind, to descend and abide in its consciousness; that your mind should no longer be separate but should be practically one in consciousness, so that you in your outer self should be the master and be able to do your and the Father’s will without hindrance from the forces of the lower nature, which should now be wholly subservient to your selfless will.

For you have taught your mind all about itself, what it is, and more particularly what it is not; that through the mastering of these forces of self it should have developed in itself untold powers that can be utilized in unlimited ways to the accomplishment of whatever it wills; that the outer self now through its mind can actually assume your divine nature and can do all that you will, it being no longer separate in consciousness from you.

These things should all be possible for those who have faithfully followed all suggestions, making their minds do everything
