THE MESSAGE of “The Ascension” in the May issue of THE INNER LIFE is the contribution of a brother, is it not? May I, a sister, add my voice.

These words are not for the eunuch to whom the Lord has fulfilled His promise—“Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and daughters. I will give them an everlasting name that shall not be cut off.”—Mat. 19:12. But this Message is given for those along the Way who are making themselves eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heaven’s sake.

There are exalted souls in the Kingdom Consciousness having no organs of generation, even though possessing mortal bodies still in the throes of transmutation. No mortal mind can conceive or endure the supreme ecstacy of Divine Union of Soul with Christ, or of one Christ with another Christ.

The human love urge is a call from the God Self within, but mortal mind misinterprets and believes it is a mate without for whom he hungers.

There is always a way that is easy and pleasant, if we let Christ lead. And every human emotion can be used as a rung on the ladder of attainment.

When the love urge is brought before the aspirant, either from his own body or from another, it is a call from the Father. As we are not our bodies but a state of consciousness inhabiting a body, and as the human mind can think of only one thing at a time, and as the Father dwells within the human breast, would it not be wise and safe to fly instantly within to Him at His first call?

When this energy is kept at its source, it will fulfill the purpose of its being. This is the secret of regeneration.

The appointed time for the supreme caress (when and if this urge comes) is when one is most Holy. And if one can keep the mind completely centered in the breast, that one will surely see a White-robed CHRIST.

Yes, He, the Lord, is Father and Mother—is even Husband and Sweetheart—is All in all. And when my wandering eyes beheld Him I recognized all of my dearest loved ones—as ONE in Him, my Beloved.
