DEAR Friend:

Life goes by so quickly. So much has happened since I wrote you last, that I do not know where to begin or what to say first.

However, I feel that I have gained in a spiritual way, yet cannot express clearly what I have gained. I have not been studying a great deal this last year, but have just given myself up, letting Spirit within have its way and do Its work.

When I feel impelled to study along a certain line, I read everything I can on the subject, think about it, and then forget it; and someday later I wake up finding all is clear. I think when we are prepared for certain knowledge, the mind is impelled to reach out for it.

My Inner Self leads me into experiences and puts me in touch with people that bring me what I want to know. I believe I have learned to trust my Inner Self (I call It that for want of a better name) as never before. I feel a consciousness of It within.

As I told you before, I always felt that I belonged to God, or was His child, even when I was very small; but He was then something outside of myself. When I began to study New Thought, my whole view changed. I gained a keener insight and a broader understanding of things, finding the Supreme Power much greater than I had ever imagined, and everything more beautiful.

I love to study along this line. It is everything to me, and I feel I have gained much. I feel I have had a glimpse of good things and am eager to press on.

I understand that all life is but a manifestation of the One Life; that in each individual expression are inherent the possibilities and character of the Universal; that in man is found the highest expression of this Life; that man may have all the Light He is capable of receiving; and that according to his faith and receptivity he receives.
