In other words, by thus clearly knowing and feeling the Truth that God is all that you are, it frees your mind of all those wrong thought-pictures about your stomach, your body and your self.

THE ONLY way you will get the blessed realization promised in the above words is to stay with each sentence, with each statement in it, until you make yourself do and feel what is indicated. Otherwise they will remain just words to you.

When you have gotten that realization, you will find that you can enter it at will by the same process, but each time more easily and quickly, until you will be able to see God in every person and in every thing almost instantly.

Think what that means—seeing goodness and perfection everywhere, no matter what appears! Then all you need to do, when anything or anyone is not as God sees them, is to say, powerfully and with positive knowing,

“No, God alone is. God is in my stomach. He is always perfect life, health and strength.”

Or you can say it of any part of your body, of any faculty of your mind, or of any quality of your nature; for God being the perfection of that faculty or quality, are they not of His Mind and Nature?

If you will say it many times a day—every time a contrary thought or feeling appears in your mind—staying with it until that particular inharmony, weakness or limitation disappears, you will soon learn the power of the Truth, and how to make it come forth in manifestation.

You can likewise say it of your dear ones, or can see and declare God to be in your present condition of lack or inharmony, to be in your business, or in any institution, situation or circumstance in your community that appears contrary to the goodness and perfection that you know is God’s idea of them.

Remember, you need only say, “No, God alone is. He in you is all good and perfect.” Say it a thousand times a day until you do KNOW it, and its truth, with your powerful knowing, will cause the contrary-appearing thought to vanish from your mind and make you free. For thereby your mind becomes One in its knowing with God’s Knowing, and it must appear as you know it to be in your consciousness.
