remould his four-fold body and all bodies and conditions in the various realms as he desires them to be.

This is done purely by conscious, determined thinking, as shown in the “Instructions” in The Way Out, and in the earlier articles herein. In all such thinking, the elementals of the air or of the mental realm take immediately every thought-form created, obeying and taking on the intelligence which imbued it and thereby vitalizing it on the mental plane, and giving it whatever qualities were intended in the thought. Then the fire elementals, called to service by the desire motivating the thought, outmanifest and vitalize it on the astral plane. Then the water elementals, responding to the feeling motivating the thought, give it life and form on the etheric plane. Then finally the earth elementals, responding to the determination and persistent holding of the thought in mind, crystallize it into physical or outer expression by attracting to it just the conditions and factors that enable it to outmanifest.

In other words, by understanding that man is a spiritual being and in command of the elemental beings of the air of his mental body and world, of fire of his astral body and world, of water of his etheric body and world, and of earth of his physical body and world, he is absolute ruler of his own being and destiny, and through such knowledge and power can and will eventually bring himself and all his creations into conscious oneness with His Father-God’s consciousness, from which he separated himself long eons ago for the express purpose of accomplishing this one thing.

We are giving you this knowledge not only to confirm and amplify what was stated in the preceding articles, but to enable you with the higher understanding it brings to use your knowledge and power from your Spiritual center of consciousness. For can you not see that as you recognize the power you are and the dominion you have over all the lower kingdoms of nature, both within you and within all in your world—for all kingdoms of nature but the kingdoms of your nature, and all thoughts are but the forces of your lower kingdoms—your outer consciousness is lifted thereby into your Spiritual Consciousness?

We have disclosed to you a great secret, one which when wisely used will not only lift you out of all undesirable conditions, but will make you anything you wish to be. For have you not in
